Are your products all natural?
Our products are built on nature, containing only all-natural ingredients. They are free from parabens, phthalates, and GMOs.

Are Truesse products tested on animals?
All of our products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

Will Truesse products give me an allergic reaction?
While our products do not contain known irritants, we cannot guarantee that you will not experience an allergic reaction. Everyone’s skin is different. We are transparent about our ingredients list and encourage you to read it carefully and always conduct a patch test before using any skincare products!

How do I test your products?
Before using any skincare product, always conduct a patch test. Choose an area of skin where the product is unlikely to be removed—like the inside of your elbow. Apply a small amount of the product as directed. Observe the area for at least 2 hours before proceeding with normal use.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products contain gentle ingredients suitable for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend a patch test, especially if you have sensitive skin, before using any skincare products.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. You will receive an email when your product ships. Most orders will be received within 5-7 business days of ordering.
